At LA Cactus Connection, we are passionate collectors and conservators specializing in Copiapoa-one of the most iconic and ecologically unique cactus genera on Earth. Our primary focus is on heritage and investment-quality Cactaceae, with Copiapoa at the heart of our work.

Our cultivation philosophy is rooted in science and careful observation. We strive to authentically replicate the conditions of Copiapoa’s native Atacama Desert, thoughtfully adapted to the distinct climate of Southern California. By integrating cutting-edge research, the insights of seasoned growers, and advanced plant growth technologies, we continuously refine our practices to grow these plants as faithfully and sustainably as possible.

Our mission is to build a world-class collection of Copiapoa species and to produce and share heirloom-quality seeds and seedlings with fellow enthusiasts, collectors, and conservators. We are always interested in acquiring exceptional specimens or entire legacy collections. While we do offer surplus inventory as our collection expands, we do not sell habitat-collected Copiapoa.
