Explore what we have available

The specimens and products presented here are drawn from our ongoing work cultivating, studying, and documenting the genus Copiapoa. Each reflects the same emphasis on origin, habitat, and stewardship that guides the rest of the site.

This is the beginning of our online sales program. Inventory is limited but growing, with new plants, literature, seeds, stickers, and collector materials added as they become available. Many listings include field-numbered plants, legacy collection material, and specimens selected for documented origin, habitat character, and long-term quality.

Copiapoa.com began as a passion project dedicated to research, education, cultivation, and conservation. The extensive ecological, geographic, taxonomic, and cultivation resources found throughout this site remain its primary purpose. These sales support that mission, helping fund ongoing research, educational content, and conservation-focused cultivation.

Whether you are drawn to Copiapoa for their beauty, rarity, cultivation challenge, or historical provenance, you are welcome here.

As far as we are aware, Copiapoa.com is the only licensed U.S. nursery dedicated exclusively to the genus Copiapoa.

Copiapoa.com is a licensed California nursery (CDFA License B4386.001).

While appearance often captures our attention first, locality, habitat, and environmental history frequently tell the deeper story. Our goal is not simply to offer exceptional cultivated plants, but to preserve and share the information that makes them meaningful. The map below shows our Geographic Anchors, the reference localities used throughout the individual plant descriptions, so you can place each specimen within its habitat along the Atacama Desert coast.

If you are searching for a particular species, field number, locality, or collector plant that is not currently listed, please contact us. Not all available material is posted online, and we are happy to discuss upcoming inventory or help locate specific plants of interest.

Please note that Copiapoa.com remains a part-time endeavor. Response times may occasionally be slower than those of a commercial nursery, and your patience is appreciated.

Shipping Notice: At this time, we are able to ship only within the United States. International sales are in development.

Thank you for supporting Copiapoa conservation through cultivation.
